Welcome to the Heritage Clubs Group Travel Protection enrollment website. Below is an outline of the online enrollment system as well as your authorized plan benefits.

Enrolling your groups in a Heritage Clubs Group Travel Protection Plan is as simple as 1-2-3.

Step 1: Create a Group

The first step in enrolling your group is to create the group. You should create your group as soon as solicitation to travelers has begun. Important: Once your group has been created, the premium rates are guaranteed for all travelers regardless of when they join the group. Do not wait until you receive premium from individual travelers to create the group.

Under "Create a Group" you will need to provide either a Group Name or ID of your choice; enter the Group Departure and Return Dates (not the travel dates of individual travelers which may vary); the Group Destination; and your contact information.

Step 2: Add Travelers

Once a group has been created, you can start adding travelers to the group enrollment. Traveler information can be changed at any time prior to submitting final payment. Travelers should be added at the time their premium payments are received by you. Do not wait to enter all travelers at the same time!

Important Tip! We recommend that you include the insurance premium as part of the initial deposit you charge to the traveler to ensure that the passenger’s premium is received by you within the 14 day period required for there to be coverage for Bankruptcy or Default a supplier (other than the tour operator or travel agency from whom You purchased Your Travel Arrangements), Pre-Existing Medical Conditions and the Cancel For Any Reason Benefit (Deluxe Plan only).

Step 3: Payment

Once at least 7 travelers have been added to the group enrollment, you may submit payment for the plan by check. Please submit monthly payments as you build the group enrollment (minimum of 7 travelers required for the first payment).   Important: Final payment must be received by Heritage Clubs International no later than 30 days prior to the Scheduled Group Departure Date. If you have any questions about payments, or cancellations and changes needed after your premium is paid, immediately contact Heritage Clubs International (Tel: 877-881-0229).

After the final premium payment has been received and processed, you will receive a group enrollment confirmation via email.

Heritage Clubs International Group Travel Protection Plan Highlights


The Heritage Clubs International Group Travel Protection Plans provide extensive coverage at low group rates. Some of the coverage highlights are listed below:

  • Trip Cancellation or Interruption resulting from Bankruptcy or Default of an airline, cruise line or tour operator.**
  • Coverage for Terrorist Incidents as defined.
  • Coverage for Pre-Existing Medical Conditions provided: 1) the traveler's premium is received by you within 14 days of his/her initial trip deposit/payment; 2) the traveler insures all prepaid trip costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions.
  • Cancel For Any Reason Benefit (only included under Deluxe Plan) If the Insured cancels his/her Trip for any reason (not otherwise covered by this policy) the Insured will receive a cash benefit equal to 75% of the unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for Travel Arrangements paid for the Trip, provided: 1) payment for this plan is received by within 14 days of the date of the initial deposit/payment for the Trip; and 2) the Insured cancels his/her Trip two (2) days or more before the Scheduled Trip Departure Date.
  • Toll-Free Number for Policy and Coverage questions
  • Toll-Free 24-Hour Hotline for travelers to report a claim or check the status of an existing claim. Claims may also be reported online.

* Important Purchase Reminder For Trip Cancellation or Interruption: The maximum payable under this benefit is the lesser of a) the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits; or b) the total amount of coverage You purchased.

** Bankruptcy and Default Coverage: some travel insurance plans limit coverage for financial insolvency to a list of specified suppliers: 1) either suppliers that are struggling and therefore not covered; or 2) a list of financially strong companies which will be covered. Heritage Clubs International insolvency coverage extends to ALL TOUR OPERATORS, CRUISE LINES AND AIRLINES that have not already ceased operations or declared bankruptcy at the time premium is paid provided the Financial Insolvency occurs more than 15 days after the insurance purchase. There is no coverage for the Bankruptcy or Default of Heritage Clubs International, LLC or any person, organization, agency or firm from whom the traveler purchased travel arrangements supplied by others.
